Our Recovery studio is an area for you to relax and recharge from the stresses of everyday life or aid in recovery from sport and exercise.

We have two Infrared Saunas and four pairs of Compression Boots. Book with your friends for a social catch up or come and relax by yourself for some much needed down time.
