Our classes are small with a maximum of 6 people to give you our full attention and focus so you can gain real connection and skill development.

REFORMER PILATES

Reformer Pilates develops a strong foundation by supporting and strengthening the all the muscles. This class gives a full-body workout, which will improves power, strength, flexibility and mobility.

Perfect for all levels of fitness and experience.

STRETCH

A perfect class for beginners and also experienced practitioners looking for a class with a focus on building full body strength and improving mobility. Learn the basics of strength, flexibility, mobility and balance skills - everything your body is craving!

STRENGTH

If you want to feel stronger, improve a weakness or limitation then our STRENGTH class will be perfect for you. This is an all level class catering to first timers through to the more experienced. These classes will superset traditional and function reformer movements with various props in either an Upper body, Lower body or Total body focus. It is not a high intensity heart rate class BUT certainly one we hope to overload the desired muscles and areas for noticeable burn and feeling of strength.

SWEAT

Our SWEAT class combines the best of Pilates Reformer and Cardio in one dynamic class. It’s structured training where props like  weights, balls and boxes are used in tandem with Pilates Reformer movements to build strength and endurance and get an amazing cardio hit.

 

GREAT FOR: ALL LEVELS AND CAN BE TAILORED FOR LOW IMPACT
