What is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates is performed on a reformer bed – a unique piece of equipment that uses springs and resistance to support and challenge your body through precise, controlled movement. It targets deep stabilising muscles that improve your posture, balance, and overall core strength.

Unlike fast-paced gym classes, Reformer Pilates works your body with intention. Every movement is designed to enhance alignment, correct imbalances, and build strength without strain on your joints.
